BBVA, Barclays, BNP among joint book runners for UniCredit's €13B rights issue

Banca IMI, Banco Santander, Barclays, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Crédit Agricole CIB, Natixis and Société Générale will act as joint book runners on UniCredit SpA's €13 billion rights issue.

UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking, Morgan Stanley and UBS will act as structuring advisers and joint global coordinators and joint book runners for the rights issue. BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and Mediobanca will act as joint global coordinators and joint book runners. Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs International and HSBC will act as co-global coordinators and joint book runners.

The banks have agreed to fully underwrite the capital increase, UniCredit said Dec. 22.
