Updating on its recently upsizedpublic offering, Physicians RealtyTrust said the underwriters exercised their option to acquire additionalcommon shares in full.

This brings the total number of common shares to be issued inthe offering to 25,875,000, according to an April 7 filing. The units in the offeringwere priced at $17.85 apiece.

As previously reported, the company intends to use the proceedsfrom the offering to fund a portion of the purchaseprice of the Catholic Health Initiatives property portfolio and for general corporatepurposes.

The offering is expected to close April 11.
