S&P Global MarketIntelligence presents a weekly rundown of recent executive management, boardand regulatory changes in the energy industry. The moves are listed by sectorin reverse chronological order.

SunPowerCorp. has appointed HelleKristoffersen and Laurent Wolffsheimas Total Energies Nouvelles Activités USA's designees to its board. Theyreplaced Arnaud Chaperon and Humbert de Wendel, who resigned fromthe board Sept. 15. Kristoffersen, a Total SA executive, will serve as a class III directoruntil SunPower's 2017 annual shareholder meeting. Wolffsheim, also a Totalexecutive, will serve as a class I director until the company's 2018 annualshareholder meeting. Committee membership for the two new board directors hasnot yet been determined, the company said. Total Energies Nouvelles ActivitésUSA is formerly known as Total Gas& Power USA SAS.


PG&ECorp. appointed EricMullins to its board and to the board of Pacific Gas and Electric Co., effective Sept. 20.Mullins is expected to provide insight on strategy and audit functions.PG&E Chairman, CEO and President AnthonyEarley Jr. Mullins will serve on the audit committees of both companies'boards.


TerrellKirk Crews II will serve as NextEra Energy Partners's principal accounting officer,following hisappointment on Sept. 19 as controller and chief accounting officerat the company's general partner NextEra Energy Partners GP Inc. Crews replacesChris Froggatt, who retired on thesame day, as part of a planned succession process. Crews had been serving asvice president of finance of NextEra Energy Partners' parent since April.


GeneralElectric Co. promoted RameshSingaram to vice president for its power services business and Brian Ward to managing director ofglobal markets for GE EnergyFinancial Services in GE Capital. GE also appointed Wouter Van Wersch, who joined thecompany after its acquisition of Alstom's power and grid businesses, aspresident and CEO of GE ASEAN.


ExelonCorp. subsidiary Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. on Sept. 16 said Maria Harris Tildon the utility's board of directors,succeeding Carla Hayden.


The ISONew England Inc. board re-elected three members, according to a news release. Raymond Hill, Barney Rush and VickieVanZandt will each serve a new three-year term, starting Oct. 1.


Naturalgas/midstream

MichaelGarberding has been appointed president and CFO of EnLink Midstream ManagerLLC, the managing member of EnLink Midstream LLC, and of EnLink Midstream GP LLC,EnLink Midstream PartnersLP's general partner. Garberding has been executive vice presidentand CFO since 2013. In addition, BenjaminLamb was named executive vice president of corporate development at EnLinkMidstream GP.


CheniereEnergy Inc. CEO Jack Fusconamed new members ofthe company's executive team that will help continue its into an operating company. Michael Wortley, currently Cheniere'ssenior vice president and CFO, was appointed executive vice president and CFO.The new executive vice president and chief commercial officer is Anatol Feygin, who is serving as thecurrent senior vice president for strategy and corporate development. Tom Bullis was named executive vicepresident and chief administrative officer. Ed Lehotsky will be senior vice president for engineering andconstruction, Doug Shanda the seniorvice president for operations, ChadZamarin the senior vice president for pipeline and Corey Grindal the senior vice president for gas supply. Sean Markowitz was named generalcounsel and corporate secretary. The new appointments continue the overhaul ofCheniere's management team that began in December 2015 with the of then Chairman and CEOCharif Souki.


Coal

IanGanzer, of Rhino Resource Partners LP's general partner , from the company'sboard of directors, effective Sept. 13. Ganzer's resignation was not the resultof any disagreement with the partnership.
