CapitaLand Commercial Trust makes board changes

CapitaLand Commercial Trust appointed three new nonexecutive members to its board to replace outgoing directors, effective Jan. 1, 2018.

Quek Bin Hwee and Ng Wai King were appointed nonexecutive independent directors. Bin Hwee will also assume the role of chairman of the audit committee, replacing outgoing nonexecutive independent director Dato' Mohammed Hussein.

Lee Chee Koon will join the company as a nonexecutive nonindependent director and as a member of the corporate disclosure committee and the executive committee.

The company appointed Lee Ju Lin Audrey as company secretary.

Goh Kian Hwee is stepping down as a nonexecutive independent director and as a member of the audit committee, while Tay Boon Hwee is stepping down as a nonexecutive nonindependent director and as a member of the corporate disclosure committee and the executive committee.
