Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank Co. Ltd. made several changes to its board, including the appointment of three new directors.

The bank appointed Tsan-Ming Shih, Thomas Liang and Kun-San Lin as directors on its board, effective Dec. 30.

Shih and Liang are supervisors at Fubon Insurance Co. Ltd. and Fubon Securities Co. Ltd., respectively, while Lin was formerly a supervisor at the bank.

Meanwhile, Tim Kuo, Stephen Chen, Eric Wu and Sheila Chuang resigned as directors of the bank.

Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank is a unit of Fubon Financial Holding Co. Ltd.
