Private equity firm Accent Equity Partners AB purchased a majority stake in Swedish office furniture and accessories manufacturer Götessons Industri AB from fellow private equity group Connecting Capital through its Accent Equity 2017 LP.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Götessons' management and Johan Götesson, the son of founder Ola Götesson, will reinvest in the group and continue to develop it further in a partnership with Accent Equity, according to a release.
