Urban Exposure, KKR form £165M JV to fund mainstream UK housing

Global investment firm KKR & Co. formed a joint venture, having an initial size of £165 million, with residential development finance firm Urban Exposure PLC to fund mainstream housing in the U.K.

Under the deal terms, Urban Exposure will create, execute and manage development loans in the residential market, while KKR will provide financial and operational expertise.

Urban Exposure raised £150 million in its recently completed London IPO.
