subsidiary Tallgrass Pony Express Pipeline LLC commenced a binding open seasoncalling for shipper commitments for light crude petroleum transportationservice on the Northeast Colorado Lateral of the system.

The servicewould run from the Buckingham receipt point in Weld County, Colo., to deliverypoints at Ponca City and Cushing, Okla., according to a July 20 release. Dependingon interest, Pony Express would add new capacity for light crude transport.
