Liberty One Lithium Corp. plans to start drilling at its Pocitos West lithium property in Argentina and has the drilling permits.
The company is approved to drill up to 11 holes in the first round of the program, according to an Oct. 17 release.
A survey by Liberty's Argentinian team suggested presence of a thick, extensive and contiguous brine horizon, and the company will determine the quality and lithium content within that reservoir.
CEO Brad Nichol said completion of drilling is expected before Christmas.
