Southwest Securities raises 4B yuan via debt issue

Southwest Securities Co. Ltd. raised 4 billion yuan through the issuance of short-term corporate bonds, Reuters reported Dec. 22, citing a Chinese-language statement.

The bonds, which bear a coupon of 4.8%, have a term of 270 days.

As of Dec. 22, US$1 was equivalent to 6.95 Chinese yuan.
