EDF Renewable Energy Inc. plans to sell MCE Clean Energy power from the planned 150-MW Desert Harvest solar project in Riverside County, Calif., under a 20-year contract.
The facility is expected to start commercial operations in 2020, according to a Dec. 15 release.
EDF Renewable is a subsidiary of EdF Energies Nouvelles, which is the renewables arm of EDF Group.
