Mosaic Ventures, which invests in financial-technology companies in Europe, hit the $150 million fundraising target for its second venture capital fund.

The Mosaic II fund closed in the summer.

The London-based venture capital firm said it most recently invested in Zurich-based Auterion AG, which offers a software platform designed to power the drone industry.
