Gallagher Bassett Services Inc., the risk management services subsidiary of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., has acquired Staffordshire, U.K.-based HMG-PCMS Ltd.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

HMG-PCMS is a division of HM Group, previously Hardyman Group Ltd., that provides property repair services to insurers and commercial third-party claims administrators through a network of independent contractors. Director Nic Sproul and his team will still operate from their current location, reporting to Simon Pemberton, Gallagher Bassett's U.K. operations head.
