Tango Mining Ltd. terminated a services agreement with Cooperativa Mineira Do Moquita, SCRL for mining and marketing of diamonds from the Moquita alluvial diamond project in Angola.

As a result, Tango's two loan facilities over the project worth US$500,000 were also cancelled, according to an Aug. 16 release.

The company plans to rebrand as Southstone Minerals Ltd. as it shifts its focus to the Oena diamond mine in South Africa.
