Umpqua HoldingsCorp. unit Roseburg, Ore.-based UmpquaBank named Cort O'Haver president, according to a Form 8-K filed April26.

O'Haver was previously the bank's commercial bank president.He was promoted April 25.

The filing also disclosed that Consumer Bank President Greg Seiblyon April 25 gave notice of his resignation effective May 11.
