An affiliate of New York-based investment manager Northlight Financial LLC has acquired gaming equipment and financing solutions provider PDS Gaming Corp.

PDS Gaming has vendor licenses in 30 jurisdictions and offers a full suite of financing solutions to customers, including hotel, resort and casino operators, route operators, manufacturers and distributors. It will continue to be led by CEO Johan Finley and President and CFO Peter Cleary, along with the rest of the management team.

Finley and Cleary will be joined by Northlight Financial's Chairman Mike Jahrmarkt and Chief Investment Officer Bob Woods, as well as Penn Wyrough, principal of GSI Management USA LLC, on a newly formed board for PDS Gaming.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
