FP ResourcesLtd. said March 31 that it has acquired 8,333,334 common shares ofNorvista CapitalCorp. by spending C$1 million at 12 cents per share.

Norvista issued 27,708,332 common shares in a privateplacement that closed March 29.

Upon completion of the transaction, FP will own 12,333,334common shares, or approximately 17.28% of the issued and outstanding commonshares of Norvista.
