LendLease's Capella Capital, Catholic Superannuation sell Australian car park

LendLease Group's majority-owned Capella Capital and Catholic Superannuation Fund sold a 5,000-space car park in Western Australia to International Parking Group Pty. Ltd. for an undisclosed amount, The Australian Financial Review's Street Talk reported.

According to the publication, the selling companies marketed The Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre Car Park with an aim to raise as much as A$200 million. It was completed in 2013 and caters to the largest medical center in the southern hemisphere.

Planum Partners advised International Parking for the transaction, the Dec. 10 report added.
