ABN Amro issues €6B bonds

ABN AMRO Bank NV issued three series of international bonds totaling €6 billion, Cbonds reported.

Each series amounts to €2 billion, with one tranche carrying a coupon of 0.25% and maturing Dec. 12, 2032. A second tranche has a coupon of 0.45% and matures Dec. 12, 2036, and the third tranche carries a coupon of 0.5% and matures Dec. 12, 2039.

ABN Amro served as the sole book runner on all three deals.
