Enterprise closes 20-year common unit repurchase program

Enterprise Products Partners LP closed a 20-year common unit repurchase program for up to 4,000,000 of its common units, according to a Dec. 20 SEC filing.

The partnership purchased 1,236,800 common units from Sept. 30, which was all of the remaining units under the repurchase program Enterprise launched back in December 1998. The partnership paid $24.9248 per unit, according to the filing.
