German private equity company Mutares AG agreed to acquire European plastic household products supplier Keeeper GmbH from Wrede Industrieholding GmbH & CO. KG.

Mutares will also take over Keeeper's subsidiaries in Poland and Belgium as part of the transaction, which is expected to be finalized by June-end, according to a release.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
