Crescita subsidiary acquires skincare line from Sanofi

A wholly-owned subsidiary of Crescita Therapeutics Inc. acquired the Alyria skincare line from Sanofi Consumer Health Inc.

The product line, which is sold into medical spas, will complement INTEGA Skin Sciences' Pro-Derm product offering.

Crescita will pay $1.7 million in cash for the product line and pay a royalty over a nine-year period starting in 2020.

Sanofi Consumer Health is a Sanofi unit.
