NFL extends apparel partnership with Nike

The National Football League on March 27 announced a long-term extension to its partnership with Nike Inc. As a result, Nike will continue to provide all NFL teams with sideline apparel and uniform for all games. Nike will also provide footwear and gloves to NFL players who are under contract with the company.

The league did not mention the period for the extension, but CNN reported March 27 that the partnership was extended for eight years, while ESPN reported that the extension was approved for 10 years.
