Agricultural and construction equipment maker CNH Industrial NV said it completed its acquisition of Australian agricultural implement manufacturer K-Line Ag on Dec. 2.

The acquisition, first announced in early November, is expected to add key tillage and residue management equipment and would further improve crop production portfolios of CNH Industrial's global agricultural equipment brands, Case IH and New Holland Agriculture.
