U.K.-based asset manager Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC appointed Siobhan Boylan to its board as new finance director.

She replaces Andrew Westenberger, who stepped down in May. It is expected that Boylan will join the firm, subject to regulatory approvals, in early 2019.

Boylan has been CFO of Legal & General Group PLC's asset management arm, Legal & General Investment Management Ltd., for five years.
