Colony CapitalInc. closed its first open-end U.S. fund with total callablecapital commitments of $257.5 million through subsidiaries of its operatingcompany, Colony Capital Operating Co. LLC.

The U.S. Industrial Fund acquired an investment interest inthe approximately $2 billion light industrial portfolio owned by the companyand another controlled investment partnership, effective Sept. 30.
