Vornado Realty Trust sells 220 Central Park South unit for $59M

Vornado Realty Trust sold a unit at its 220 Central Park South property in New York City for north of $59 million, The Real Deal reported, citing property records.

Noble Birch (US) Inc. took out a $34.8 million mortgage from JPMorgan Chase to fund the acquisition of the unit at the 48th floor of the tower and bought a $3.8 million guest/staff condo encompassing 917 square feet, the report added.
