Turners Ltd. unit DPL Insurance Ltd. has acquired thebusiness assets and intellectual property of Pacific Life Ltd.

All of Pacific Life's in-force policies have beentransferred over to Turners unit DPL Insurance Ltd., according to a May 10 companyrelease.

DPL Insurance will continue to offer term life policies andfuneral plan policies offered under the Pacific Life brand.
