George Washington University picks Boston Properties to redevelop 2 assets

George Washington University selected Boston Properties Inc. to redevelop the property at 2100 Pennsylvania Ave. NW and Rice Hall at 2121 Eye St. NW in Washington, D.C., the Washington Business Journal reported.

The plan calls for Rice Hall to be vacated by December 2018, while the tenants of 2100 Pennsylvania Ave. NW will be moved out by June 2019.

According to the report, the two properties will be redeveloped under a ground lease with the university.
