Indiana bank elects chairman

Brownstown, Ind.-based TPB Bancorp and unit Peoples Bank said that Jeffrey Nierman was elected as chairman on Feb. 12, The Crothersville (Ind.) Times reported Feb. 28.

It was also noted in the report that Andrew Nehrt, who was sworn in as a director, will serve the remaining term of Donald Norman, who died Sept. 23, 2017.

Nierman, who engaged in private law practice for more than 25 years, has been a director of the bank for almost 28 years.

Nehrt currently co-owns Pro-Form Plastics Inc., A&N Investments and The Charlestown Hotel Group.
