Chubu ElectricPower Co. Inc. has transferred its equity interests in Chubu TTEnergy Management Inc. to joint venture JERA Co. Inc. alongside stakes incertain U.S. generating facilities, according to a July 6 release.

JERA is 50% owned by Chubu Electric and 50% by .

Chubu Electric held a 17.5% indirect, non-controlling equitystake in each of the Kiamichi, Georgia,Virginia andTenaska Central Alabamagas-powered facilities.
