Moody's confirms long-term ratings of Old National Bancorp, unit

Moody's on May 2 confirmed the long-term ratings ofEvansville, Ind.-based OldNational Bancorp and unit Old National Bank following the of ,according to a statement posted on finanzen.at.

The bank has a long-term deposit rating of Aa3 and an issuerrating of A3. Also confirmed were the bank's stand-alone baseline creditassessment and adjusted BCA of a2 and its long-term counterparty riskassessment of A1(cr). Affirmed were the bank's Prime-1 short-term depositrating and Prime-1(cr) short-term counterparty risk assessment.

For the company, confirmed were the issuer and seniorunsecured debt ratings of A3 and subordinated shelf rating of (P)A3, and juniorsubordinated and preferred shelf ratings of (P)Baa1 and non-cumulativepreferred shelf rating of (P)Baa2.
