Gentex Corp. on Feb. 27 named its new chief technology officer and CFO, who will join recently elected president and CEO Steve Downing on the senior leadership team of the automotive parts supplier.

Meanwhile, Gentex appointed Neil Boehm as chief technology officer and vice president of engineering. Boehm, who first joined the company in 2001, will be responsible for its technology portfolio and engineering operations.

Kevin Nash was appointed vice president of finance, CFO and treasurer. He has been with Gentex since 1999 and most recently served as chief accounting officer and vice president of accounting.
