Denmark's largest commercial pension fund buys more than €1B of German RE

Denmark's largest commercial pension fund, PFA, purchased more than €1 billion of German real estate assets from Industria Wohnen's first institutional Spezialfonds, IPE Real Assets reported.

According to the report, Domicil Real Estate Group has been tapped to manage the 247,278-square-meter Century portfolio on behalf of the Danish pension fund, the publication noted.

The portfolio comprises one commercial building and 33 residential buildings spread across 15 German locations, including Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, the Rhineland and the Rhine-Neckar region.
