Commercial real estate company Brookfield Property Partners LP has put the 31-story trophy office tower at 75 State St. in Boston up for sale, the Boston Business Journal reported.
Newmark Knight Frank was tapped to market the property, which could be worth more than $640 million, the publication noted, citing Real Estate Alert.
The building and attached 700-space parking garage cover 1.1 million square feet. The property is leased to Santander Bank, CDM Smith, LPL Financial and L.E.K. Consulting, among other tenants.
Brookfield, which is 51% owner of the property after it sold a 49% stake to Australian pension fund AustralianSuper in 2015, did not comment on the matter, according to the publication.
