ResApp Health Ltd. appointed Nathan Buzza as a nonexecutive director, effective Dec. 29.

Buzza was the founder of Commtech Wireless, a clinical middleware provider that was acquired by Amcom Software in 2008. Buzza continued as general manager for 18 months after the acquisition. In 2010, Amcom Software was acquired by Spok.

More recently, Buzza was an executive director of Alcidion Group Ltd., a provider of clinical decision support systems.

In addition, Brian Leedman resigned as a director of the company. Leedman served on the company's board since February 2016.

Leedman is a co-founder of the company and will continue in his role as vice president of corporate affairs.
