Investor group discloses stake in GSV Growth Credit Fund

An investor group, including OCM Growth Holdings LLC, Oaktree Capital Group LLC and certain affiliated entities, disclosed the ownership of 198,506.46 common shares of GSV Growth Credit Fund Inc.

OCM Growth subscribed for 198,506.46 common shares of GSV Growth Credit Fund for total consideration of about $3.0 million on Dec. 16 pursuant to a subscription agreement. Under the subscription agreement, OCM Growth agreed to purchase common shares of GSV Growth Credit Fund with a capital commitment of $125 million.

The investor group also includes Oaktree Fund GP LLC, Oaktree Fund GP I LP, Oaktree Capital I LP, OCM Holdings I LLC, Oaktree Holdings LLC, and Oaktree Capital Group Holdings GP LLC.

In addition, OCM Growth can nominate a director for election to GSV Growth Credit Fund's board as long as it is committed to fund the company or if it holds common shares equal to at least one-third of its initial capital commitment.
