Sunoco completes offering of $800M of senior notes

Sunoco LPand Sunoco Finance Corp. on April 7 completed the of $800 million in aggregateprincipal amount of 6.250% senior notes due 2021, according to the partnership'sForm 8-K filed April 8.

Sunoco received net proceeds of about $789.4 million fromthe offering which was used to repay a portion of the borrowings outstandingunder its term loan facility.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC acted as representativeof the several initial purchasers in the offering.
