Fincastle, Va.-based Bank of Fincastle named Don Andree as city executive, a newly created role in the company.

Andree will lead oversight and development of expansion initiatives that the bank has planned.

He previously was executive vice president and chief credit officer at Martinsville, Va.-based Blue Ridge Bank NA.
