S&P Global Ratings: Japan Housing Finance Agency issues mortgage-secured notes

Japan HousingFinance Agency issued ¥248.7 billion of fixed-rate residentialmortgage-secured pass-through notes.

The notes are backed by a pool of residential mortgage loansthat the agency bought from private sector financial institutions, S&PGlobal Ratings said April 28.
