Lafe Corp. Ltd. Chairman Christopher Ho Wing-On vacated his position Aug. 31 and was replaced by Will Helmuth.

Ho also left his CEO role at the Singapore-based diversified property developer and investor, and was redesignated as its managing director.

Helmuth stepped down from his position as chairman of the company's audit committee and will remain a member. He was replaced by Kin Yuen, also effective Aug. 31.

Separately, the company's CFO and company secretary, Paul Binney, was appointed as executive director of finance, according to a release.
