Gettysburg,Pa.-based ACNB Bank,a unit of ACNB Corp.,plans to open a retail banking office at 201 Pauline Drive in York, Pa., inJune, subject to regulatory approvals, according to a March 29news release.

Warsaw,N.Y.-based Five StarBank is moving its regional headquarters from Pittsford, N.Y., to100 Chestnut St. in Rochester, N.Y., TWC News Rochester reportedApril 4.

TheFinancial InstitutionsInc. unit will occupy three floors of the former HSBC building,with a branch on the first floor. The move is expected to be completed by nextApril, according to the report.

York, Pa.-based PeoplesBank, A Codorus Valley Co. opened two facilities— one in Hanover, Pa., at the Homewood at Plum Creek, and the other in LancasterCounty, Pa., on the Masonic Village campus.In addition, the Codorus ValleyBancorp Inc. unit purchased and renovated an office building at2595 S. George St. in York in order to house non-client facing associates,according to the company's 2015annual review.

Codorus Valley Bancorp also disclosed that applicationshave been submitted to federal and state regulatory authorities to open afinancial services center at 211 Mt. Carmel Road, Hereford in Baltimore County,Md. Subject to regulatory approval, the location is expected to open on orbefore July 1.


Kalamazoo,Mich.-based Consumers CreditUnion opened a full-service retail banking office at 1900 SouthDrake Road in Kalamazoo, corner of Drake Road and Stadium Drive, according to anotice posted on thecredit union's website.

Clinton Township, Mich.-based opened an office at Eight Mile and Farmington Roads inLivonia, Mich., according to the credit union's spring newsletter. Grand opening events are scheduledfor April 13 to April 23.

Berrien Springs, Mich.-based held aribbon-cutting ceremony for its branch at 1253 Lincoln Road in Allegan, Mich.,on April 1, according to an April 5 newsrelease posted on

Madison, Wis.-based Summit Credit Union opened a branch at 7750 South LoversLane Road in Franklin, Wis., and is set to open a branch at W156 S6840 MoorlandRoad in Muskego, Wis., in May, according to the credit union's .

Canton,Mass.-based Bank ofCanton has petitioned the Massachusetts Division of Banks forpermission to close a branch at 166 Harvard St. in Brookline, Mass. The proposedclosing date is June 30, according to a public notice posted on the bank's website.

Greenwood Village, Colo.-based National Bank Holdings Corp., the parent company ofNBH Bank, finalizedplans to launch a flagship banking center in Boulder, Colo., in 2016, accordingto the company's 2015 annualreport.


Helena, Mont.-based Eagle Bancorp Montana Inc., the parent company ofOpportunity Bank ofMontana, sold its branch location in downtown Bozeman, Mont.,during 2015, according to the company's annual report. Thebuyer is constructing a mixed-use commercial building in which Eagle BancorpMontana will open a new office upon its completion in 2017.
