PennyMac Financial Services, PennyMac Mortgage Investment make executive changes

PennyMac Financial Services Inc. and PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust made a series of management changes.

Stanford Kurland, chairman and CEO, was appointed executive chairman.

David Spector, executive managing director, president and COO, will assume the role of president and CEO of PennyMac Financial.

Doug Jones, senior managing director and chief institutional mortgage banking officer, will become president of PennyMac Loan Services. He was also appointed senior managing director and chief mortgage banking officer of PennyMac Financial.

Anne McCallion, senior managing director and CFO, will become senior managing director and chief enterprise operations officer. Andrew Chang, senior managing director and chief business development officer, will become senior managing director and CFO. Daniel Perotti, senior managing director and chief asset and liability management officer, was appointed senior managing director and deputy CFO.

The rest of the company's executive officers will continue in their roles.

All executive changes are effective Jan. 1, 2017.
