Gianluca Corrias officially assumed the position of chairman of the management board at Pravex Bank JSC, with the appointment approved by the Ukrainian central bank, the lender said.

Prior to the appointment, the executive served as first deputy chairman and acting chairman of the management board.

Intesa Sanpaolo SpA is the ultimate parent of Pravex Bank.
