Private equity firm IK Investment Partners Norden AB agreed to sell animal health-focused hygiene and health products provider CID LINES NV group to Ecolab Inc.

Financial terms of the deal, struck by IK VII Fund and the other shareholders, were undisclosed.

Completion is subject to customary closing conditions and approvals from applicable competition authorities.

The company provides veterinary medicinal and biosecurity products for disinfection and cleaning procedures in farms.
