UK asset manager SL Private Equity's chairman departs; replacement named

U.K.-based SL Private Equity's board Chairman Ed Warner is stepping down, effective Dec. 31, after 10 years at the company.

Christina McComb, who has been on the board since 2013, will replace Warner as chair, while her old position will be filled by Alan Devine, who has been appointed as a senior independent director.
