Palisades Group LLC promoted Sally Kawana to CFO and Justin Bodiya to COO, effective Dec. 5.

Kawana has served as head of capital markets and transaction management at the company since 2013. Bodiya previously served as the company's head of operations and as a director in the portfolio management group.
