China New City expects H1 attributable profit to surge 3x YOY

China New City Commercial Development Ltd. expects 2017 first-half profit attributable to equity holders of the company to increase 3x from the first half of 2016, attributed mainly to changes in fair value of investment properties.

The projection is based on a preliminary review and assessment conducted by the China New City board, and the company expects to publish its interim results by late August.
