Walmart, Buzzfeed roll out first Tasty-branded cookware line

U.S. supermarket giant Walmart Inc. and BuzzFeed launched a new line of kitchen products dedicated to the online media company's Tasty platform, according to a joint statement March 1.

Wal-Mart has been marketing its products on Buzzfeed's Tasty recipe app since Dec. 7, 2017.

The new Tasty-branded products, which will retail from $4.44 to $99, are available for purchase at Walmart and Walmart.com. The line includes 90 items ranging from nonstick cookware to bakeware and kitchen gadgets.

The companies will collaborate further on a variety of consumer products, e-commerce initiatives, media and marketing as part of their partnership.

According to the release, Tasty has more than 92 million Facebook fans and 73 billion lifetime video views.
