Eastern European Property Fund to move forward with delisting option

Eastern European Property Fund Ltd.'s board plans to move forward with proposals to delist the company in "due course," according to a company release.

The board intends to submit a formal delisting proposal in 2018.

The company had announced plans in November to consult shareholders with regard to its options in the face of ongoing operating costs relative to the progress being made with asset disposals.

Eastern European Property Fund's ordinary shares are traded on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market.
